I have an old account (2011), which has been working fine, but I decided to do a new account this past Saturday.
I created the account successfully, then added 3 months of game time. However, the problem is, I added the game time under the OLD account, not the new one.
Now I am getting an error message saying my email cannot be verified (using the same one as I always have), and I am locked out of my old account.
I have put multiple support tickets in since Saturday, have gotten a generic response:
Being that your issue is log in / verification related I need to make sure youGÇÖve exhausted the following steps before we proceed:
All email sub folders, junk / spam / trash folders have been checked and no verification emails have been received there.
YouGÇÖve whitelisted the following email or added it to your contacts list: [email protected] and tried again. a. Info on how to whitelist emails can be found here: http://onlinegroups.net/blog/2014/02/25/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address/
Make sure not to send the verification email multiple times. a. Each new verification email created will disable the last one. b. Each verification email is valid for 30 minutes.

I have done all of that, replied back to the support team, but have not heard back from them. I can log into the 2nd character without any problems, the problem started when I added the time to the wrong account (yes, my fault).
It shows the 3 month game time ALONG with 194 days of game time remaining. That is where I think the problem is, but I cannot find anyone who can help me though this.
Any suggestions?? |

A individual response to your ticket may take time as there is currently a large number of tickets being processed. Opening multiple tickets on the same issues will further delay response times across the board. Please be patient. CCP is aware of the hardship this is causing as everyone wants to enjoy killing internet spaceships and they are doing their best to address everyones tickets in a timely manner.
