Just buy a shuttle. They are generally found in most every system and usually every starbase. Watch out for people charging an inordinate amount for them. Generally a shuttle should cost no more than 9,000 ISK. Note that you can fly any race's shuttle so check for all 4 types if necessary (just search in the Market window for "shuttle").
Then fly your shuttle back to your other ship to get it. You can keep the shuttle or put it back on the market as you wish. Fly your "old" ship back to your new one dragging along any modules you need and that's that.

also remember that when a ship is repackaged it can be carried around in cargo.
Shuttles use 500m3 Frigates 2,500 Destroyers + mining barges 5,000 Cruisers 10,000 Battlecruisers - 15,000 Industrials - 20,000 Battleships - 50,000
You can get up to cruisers in industrials without super high skills and only using cheap modules, the rest need expensive indies, or a freighter (battleships)

If you are docked in a station you can right click on the ship and choose Leave Ship. Then you can fly your pod to pick up the other ship. Usually a shuttle is better, but you can't always get one if you are in out in BFE.

While probably not an issue for the OP it is worth noting that repackaging a ship for shipment destroys any Rigs you may have installed. If you have no Rigs installed no worries.

Repackaging a ship will also invalidate any insurance you have on it without a refund, which may be a more pressing issue.

They take 20,000m3 when packaged. They can HOLD 3750 maybe, but they def not take that little room.

I suggest you check the item db, or ingame info. Barges do take 3750 packaged, and 10000 assembled. I carry mine around in a GSC with all it's fittings all the time.

I can confirm this one for certain as I do the same thing on occasion. Ok, so I did it once. But I don't mine much so there.
