I suggest being able to read and compose eve-mails for each of your characters from the website. I can understand not allowing people to change skills while not logged in. But allowing people to send and recieve in game eve-mails would be of great advantage. I am currently on vacation and unable to log into EVE, but i can still access the internet and log onto the website. It would benifit me greatly as a director of a Corporation to be able to stay in contact with my corp. I am lucky in the fact that our corp has a good leadership team, and when one person is away, someone esle is able to stand up and do what is required. But i would still like to be able to know what is going on in-game, and be able to have some input. Please post and comments or suggestions, is this a good idea? would it help anyone else? _______________________________________________

That would be pretty cool, especially for corps with busy leaders. Of course you would have to send the email after logging onto the site or forums. If you could send emails from outlook there would be a whole new mess of problems.

SENT ITEMS!!!
why don't we have this, ppl have been crying for it for years!
Sorry for the hijack-like behaviour, i try to spam this every time evemail is uttered :p imo both the OPs idea and a sent items box would only be natural, or am i crazy here?

If it is an important mail, send it to your self as well as the other person. You can put multiple names, seperated by a comma, on the "to" line, although just having sent items would be nice. :) CC and BCC wouldn't be bad either. -AS |

M8 ofcourse i do that... I even include a header with from/to/cc links for the management ones. Does that not somehow register to you as an unnecessary bother? The most basic o.o.g. webmail has these functions. With the interactivity an mmo like eve offers i find an outside access and a more complete mail system a must.
EDIT: f*cked up taggy things again... ---
