I will talk about a story first: recently I lost my stratio while I was running the standard sleeper cache site. It's my first time running this site but from youtube I knew there are damage coming from the explode clouds before enter the hidden loot area. However that damage come a bit late and I won't be able to warp out. Hence I submit a ticket said there may be a latency issue or maybe something wrong with my settings inside the computer that course this problem. I asked for reimbursement of the ship (as this is not my fault to blow the ship up) and help to fix this problem. the GM did respond to my ticket said according to the reimbursement policy I cannot get my ship back. and I replied I can afford that ship just fix the problem for me. After 2 days (which is understandable as it's during Christmas) GM did reply to me said he won't be able to help and close the ticket. This kind triggered me as obviously CCP have technical support he can just give this to the technical department. I can understand if they cannot fix my problem immediately as it probably quite complicated and right now it's Christmas holiday. However that particular GM seems don't give a thing to player and tried to fool me. Do you know you are actually represent CCP? Or you don't give a damn about the players?? I hate do the comparison but I had to: I have latency issue while I tried to play overwatch before and I also tried to contact blizzard support. After talking they ask me to send 2 files from my computer (which I read before send it: have a lot of data in it) and after digging the data (quite a lot) they give me 3 ways to fixed the problem. No surprise, the issue has been fixed. I paid this game every month and I only pay overwatch once and I did find my payment is worth it at this point. This is not my first time submit support ticket but it's my first time getting this mad. Most of GM seems quite helpful but this time the GM's attitude is unacceptable. Just want to write this to let other players and GMs (maybe? maybe don't even care about what I said) know about such situation and maybe give me a bit suggestion on what should I do now? |

Hi, sorry for your loss but this really isnt the forum to complain, maybe put it in the issues forum.
If it was me who had a latency issue then I would have sorted it out before flying my shiny ship and losing it.
Submit a support ticket just for the latency issue and see if they can help. If they do fix it you then have evidence for a reimbursement of the ship as it will have been proven it wasnt your fault.

thank you for your suggestion! I get mad not because I lost my ship or anything, it's because I submit a ticket and GM treat me like an idot and just tell me he cannot fix this problem. Haven't play this game for like 4 days already hoping the problem can be solved. |

If you loose a ship due to your own connection, your stupidity etc
CCP i.e Eve Online is in no way responsible to refund you for your loss.
Any game issues i.e bugs & such is there issue
Don't come the forums to complain for no reason.
This is clearly a fault your end. |

This will create a ticket in the Internal Affairs que and will result in an investigation of the issue at hand. Posting in the forum about GM issues will not help as the Forums are moderated by the ISD's and as such we have no control over nor the ability to assist with GM issues.
