Id like to know,.. In a corp of 10 members, if only 4 have standings towards minmatar faction and I wanna increase the corp minmatar faction standings, is it better to leave those members at no standings at all or have them increase their standings towards minmatar??

afaik corp standings is an arithmetical mean of the standings of your corp members ... so +0.5 is better than 0.0.
If you're wanting to set a hisec POS then it's often easier to kick a few corp members for a week, set the POS, and then bring them back into the fold. If it's for mission access (etc) then there's prolly some grind work to be done by/for the low-standings members. We can build and sell pretty much every ship. Check my bio for details. It's always a good idea to have player corp members increase their own personal standings towards NPC Factions.
The members that want to quickly increase their own personal Faction standings should check out the 'Plan'. |

So let me ask you,
Is it worth it to do ALL missions from ALL even agents from the 3 different corporations of one faction?
OR
Is it better to do level 4 distribution missions and dont waste time with the even missions?? |

If a corp members has no standings (which is a different thing from having a standing of 0.0) they do not count towards the corp average. The trick is finding out which is which.
On their side, if they have a faction entry in their standings, then they indeed have a standing towards that faction that counts towards the average. That standing can turn out to be 0.0 depending on skills and so on. If a faction isn't listed, they have no standing and aren't counted in the corp standing.
On the corp side, if they are listed as contributors to a faction standing, thenGǪ wellGǪ they don't contribute (which means they have no standing).
If they indeed aren't contributors, then yes, it's better to keep those members at no standing than to grind them up GÇö as soon as they start grinding they'll get a (very tiny) amount of standing and this will drastically reduce the corp's standing until they've reach the same level as the other four. For the members themselves, it is obviously better if they grind up their standing GÇö that lets them do stuff on their own with the faction, but it will as mentioned, temporarily cripple the corp.

Actually, it's not different. The game is simply set to not show your standings when they are 0.0 ... whether that's because you've never dealt with that corp / faction or whether you're transiting zero on the way up or down. Having standings not showing **is** the same as having 0.0 standings. We can build and sell pretty much every ship. Check my bio for details. This is exactly my question.
Id like the confirmation that no standings count as 0 (value) standings.
On a side note if you are a director you can see whos got standings towards a faction or corporation.

No standing means the character in question is not included in the aggregate corp standing calculation GÇö it does not count toward the average.
Again, the easiest way to see who's doing what is to check the standings composition in the corp interface (Corp window GåÆ Standings tab GåÆ Liked By / Disliked By tab GåÆ RClick GåÆ Show Compositions).

Alright THIS is a lie.
I tested it myself and THE MEMBERS WITHOUT STANDINGS TOWARDS A FACTION DO NOT COUNT!!!
I got 10 members 4 of them WITHOUT minmatar standings, the other 6 have as follow:
0.68 0.67 1.99 2.05 0.20 3.00
My corporation minamtar standings is: 1.43
Which means it is the sum of everyone WITH standings.
So lets put it this way, if YOUR corporation standings towards a faction is higher than 0, do NOT let the people without standings getting any before you plant a POS ;) |

You are wrong. Tippia is correct.
Assume your main character starts a player corporation and has 8.0 standings to NPC corporation A. If you bring an alt into your corporation which has never run a mission for corp A and never run a storyline mission or any other mission that changes faction standings (Cosmos, Datacenter, Faction Warfare and a few starter agent missions iirc) then that alt has (no standing) with corporation A. Only your standings will count in the corporations standings to corp A.
If however one of them has done anything to change their standings with corporation A or its faction ( say even + or - .001) they will count in the equation even though their character sheet may show no standings. So that character will now change your player corporation's standings with corporation A to 4.0 over time.

To add to this, any players that appear in the (Show Compositions) list are counted in the standings equation. Make sure none of your alts appear here. If they do, boot them.

If you're trying to raise your Corp standing with a specific Faction, then have the members do some of the Event Agent missions for that specific Faction and that Factions ally. Doesn't matter about the different NPC corps. All Event Agents give Faction standing increase. |
