I've seen that happen over a year ago with 2 small laser batteries.
Webs didnt activate on them so they dont work for slowing down such things.
We had haulers and interceptors warping around trying to either bump it back toward the moon or scoop it. Eventually we did manage to scoop both guns but i think they had passed over 1000km from thier original point by the time we caught them.

So the other day, I switched on my universal tractor beam II and start pulling this unanchored refinery towards me at 400m/s, and some GM turns up blows it up and ruins my day...I mean WTF!?!?! :)

tbh should have let it keep going into space!
it would have increased speed and after 2 years someone could have posted on the forums that their Titan got pwned by a intense refining array at high speed bumping them XX jumps into an enemy system where 600 dreads were just playing or something...
i bet 10 isk that would be possible!

The refinery was pinned in between 2 pos structures (hangers), neither me or my corp mate were near the refinery when it finished unanchoring.
it must have heard us chat in local, and knowing what we were going to do with it, got scared and did a startrek.

hehe, you can be asured that when a structure is down to 1 minute in unachoring im there looking at it, ready right click and scoop, before it has a change to escape me ;)
