Anyone else reading forums whilst doing an essay?
I'm doing two for separate degree modules due in on Monday at noon:
1. Evaluate the Strengths and Weaknesses of the US Approach to Combating Terrorism
2. 'Representative democracy has evolved in a way that has effectively killed its democratic elements.' Discuss
Yey. Also have a history essay but I can't be bothered to do that one at the moment .

I'm taking a more purist 'reading the forums instead of doing my essay. I gotta do something about the US Government, haven't chosen a title yet. Congress ftw! ---

Well, I finished my big essay a few days ago. Cryptographic Algorithms and Primality Testing.
The nice thing is, that's the only essay I've had to do all year, and it was only about 2000-3000 words. --------------------------------------------------------------------

That's a B.S. question. I can't believe any teacher would post such a biased idea for an essay. The teacher should have posed the essay question like this: "How has representative democracy evolved since it's inception? Is it still representative democracy?". The essay should make you come to your own conclusion about the subject, not to affirm the teacher's ideas. I hope this isn't an institute of higher learning.
Reminds me of the movie "Thanks for Smoking" when his daughter get's asked "why is America the best country to live in" or something like that. Same scenario.

You must be new to this "education" thing we have in the United States. Teachers inflict their own opinions on students all the time.
To the OP: just play with the margins and font size a bit, run it through a spell check, and go to bed like the rest of us.
I wish I knew what a Markov Chain was back in High School. I'd like to input a few Winston Churchill speeches, the combined writings of Neal Stephenson, and a few scripts from Friends and see how it gets graded.
