We are also recruiting a few good killers and industrialists. What we do... 1)Kill people. 2)Build the materials of war. 3)0.0 fun 4)Did I mention, blow stuff up? We are now part of an alliance in 0.0 space. There is no territory to defend, we build our war materials in high sec. Whats the point in these blobs? To fight till the node crashes or you lag out and come back to a pod. Thats not for us. We will form roaming gang squads and follow the NBSI rules of engagement. There is also the random war decs to bring another corp into submission. We are a mature corp. The youngest member is 25 and would like to keep it that way. There are of course exceptions made for mature people, but you have to prove it first. If you join us and we find out that your just an immature brat... Out you go. Join the Horsemen!!

We are very small, but hence the recruitment The process to join us is a slow one, however. If people can't handle the interview process, they don't belong here anyway. Those that stick it out... well we have a great group right now. I'm very pleased with our new family members. We are currently looking for a new alliance home to help with the low numbers. It's a slow process and we want to get it right this time. At the moment we are flying alongside BRUCE Alliance. After having lead an alliance, I've learned many things, but one of them is golden: slow recruitment. In that I mean, make sure most people (in HLLS) get to speak on voice comms with the new recruits, make sure his/her employment history makes sense, etc. If I don't feel comfortable with someone - they don't join...period. So if you can't handle low numbers for a while (it may take months to grow our corp), then we are probably not for you. But if you want to stick it out while we recruit, we are loads of fun to hang out with, we are all EVE addicts, and we have three...not one, not two, but three sexy sounding females And whether we are sitting around bull****ting waiting for action or in the midst of the action, we have fun. I am doing somewhat the same making sure I find the right corp. I have jumped around a bit, though most have been solo corps to avoid sitting in the noob corps, but the reason for moving around has more to do with corps i have joined being 90% euro, 10% US, which gets lonesome very quick, regardless of how 'great' the players are. I think we should talk. TS would be preferred, but I want to know your political ideology within EVE, how you make your isk, who you like/dislike, and understand everone on a personal level to make sure it is a fit for me as much as for your corp... i am seriously tired and want to find my last corp... i have met great people, dont get me wrong, but I would prefer to stick with one corp where i know I can find a gang during my TZ and have fun. BTW, do you have a public channel? Or perhaps you already mentioned it and i am blind.. haha.. We have various time on, usually from 1400 game time on you can find a group of us on. Some are on earlier and others are on later, but the majority start showing up around that time.
