I'm playing Eve for 8 years. My main account was banned automatically because of using VPN connection to shoot some troubles with (buggy) Eve Launcher. If you somehow have no idea how it's bad, just look around and you'll see HUGE amount of topics about it's issues.
So, I was banned with that message:
Quote:User EVE-SSO-CONNECTION is banned pending investigation Last login: 2017.02.12 06:52 Number of visits: 10593 Reason: Account Security Compromised - Please contact Customer Support.
OK then. I've submitted a ticket to CCP customer support at February 12. I'm waiting for answer more than 3 weeks already and I have no idea how long it will take. I've contacted some other players which had the same problem. Most of them waited for answer from CCP Support from 2 (TWO) up to 8 (EIGHT) months.
Is it OK for a well known international company to support it's product in this way? As for me, it's a shame and the game with such a terrible support has no future. |

Last year I enter the game, and our newly created alliance is dissolved. What happened? It turns out that the auto payment defaulted. The CEO checked, made sure that the alliance would be paid automatically and quietly. And it did not work. And for many days we could not get anything from the support service.
At the same time, we could not accept other corporations, we could not cap the sov, we lost all the standings, which was extremely inconvenient in that situation. In general, the petition was written by our c-¦o, but a significant group of people were uncomfortable because of this situation. In the end, we could not stand it, and we created an alliance with the same name.
When the CCP is finally answered they are compensated this billion, they added as an excuse for a long waiting subscription to the account of the person who created the petition. And all the other members of the alliance just got a negative experience.
Now a similar situation has arisen. The person on whom all the game mechanics of the whole alliance is tied up can not get into the game and there is no answer for 20 days on his petition. Without he, there is no access to the assets, without he certain roles can not be assigned, without he impossible to correct information about alliance. Etc etc
Not touching the question of why it happened and all administrative work is tied to one person. Already 20+ days.
Yes, during this time, we can be evicted from the sov, but in theory we even could not distribute the role of managing the citadel to protect it.
Okay, a person wrote a petition and waits for a response from the support service, he is off the game until this moment. But what should we do? It's not he alone waiting.
A lot of people are waiting when support to respond to one petition. From this a lot depends on the game plan. If we are thrown out of the sov because of this, then what does CCP? Compensate for the waiting time for the petition to one person? lol
Does the -í-í-á understand this at all? Do they have mechanisms that allow corporations and the alliance to function if they can not respond to petitions and correct what their own system has done? Should we must to write some collective petition with the request to accelerate the process of the petition?
It's just awful, awful, awful service. |
