Malus I was wondering if you could clue me in on which agents for the Navy you have used & are using. I've been doing Navy for a while and most of the agents still seem to do courier missions =/ I'm still only at lvl 1 agents

Level 1 navy agent's are generally split about 60/40 courier to kill. Level 2 agents are about 40/60, and level 3 agents are usually around 75/25. In my experience at least (with Federation Navy and Imperial Navy)
Implants will only come directly from level 3 agents (though I can't confirm or deny that combat drops from level 1's or 2's don't include implants)

TomB: End the speed-race. 1 propulsion mod allowed, make turrets affect ship attributes like +speed/+ab speed +agil for progressivly smaller/lighter turrets, -speed/-ab speed -agil for long-range. |

agent standing - always negative, -1.11 right now
lvl 3 agent
Implants - Perc, had 10 so far
I declined my very first mission for the lvl 3 (I started Fed Navy here) and second mission was implant. |

hmm cant remember all the standings and stuff, but I have done around 60-80 missions for my lvl3 agent. So far I have gotten 3 willpower implants after castor.

Can't remember exact standing, around 5?
Anyone, one perc implant from damn easy hauling mission that was one jump away, and three charisma implant from the 'kill karuthos(sp?) pirate'
oh, i got them all after working with one agent for about a day 
Made my corp mates happy and ready to sharpen their knives all at the same time

I also have 3 Intelligence implants from Khanid Innovation (from 2 different agents) but I don't remember the details. Only that I haven't gotten any since my corp standing surpassed 7 or so.

Yesterday I switched to lvl3 Republic security services agent and got a perception implant after 2 missions. This is my first implant ever from an agent.
Faction standing: approx. 2
Corp standing: just above 5
Agent standing: not much since it was the second mission for the agent
