1 Mac, 2 Clients, 2 Monitors - One account is fully paid account, one account is a 60 day trial. Used Eve Clone Tool and the two clients worked great on the first day, next day get error.
The error says something to the effect 'We understand your enthusiasm but you can only have one trial account at a time'. I get the error regardless of whether i log the full paid account in first or log the trial in first. Both my main account and the new trial account work if i log in on separate machines.
Any help on how to get both accounts working on the one machine again would be appreciated. |

Lemme guess, there was a patch between the time you used eveclonemaker and when you had your error???
EVERY patch you have to delete your entire clones system and redo eveclonemaker. NOT the preferences, but just the clone portion, make sure you name it the same so it picks up the preferences. |

I was thinking that it may be due to logging into the trial account on both clients. It's been a while since I had a trial account, but I would try starting over and making sure you log into the trial account with only one client. |

No there was no patch between the time it worked and the time it didn't. I did log into the trial account from the main clone at one point, and am guessing that is the problem. Thx for the help guys. I'll try deleting the clone and making a new one today after work. |

The easy way to solve it:
If the trail account is an account you want to keep, activate it. I do believe you keep the remaining trail-days on the account. |

I just came back to EVE after two years and reactivated both my paid accounts. But in the mean time I switched from a PC to a MAC and of course I have noticed that I canGÇÖt open two copies of the client.
So can you elaborate on what eveclonemaker is, what it does, and how it works? |

Thanks Rahl. That link seems to explain it well. |
