Sitting at 26mil skill points... when I go Omega in a day or so I'll be sitting there with 184 skill injectors... What would you train?
I did rough math... should be able to get up to around 82mil skill points... I haven't capped out Engineering which will be first priority. After that... Should I train command ships? logi? wait and see what corp I join and see what their doctrines are?
Been away for a while and just curious on what was needed fleet-wise.

You should probably train "don't forget to insure these ships" to level 5. |

26M SP is plenty.
You should donate the injectors to me as I don't even have 100k SP.

There are 86,400 seconds in a day. You just saved one of them by typing 'u' instead of 'you'.-á Congratulations, dumbass!

First train the skills you need that are based of the attributes that are lower, or have weird combination of stats.
Most skills are Int/Mem or Per/Will - you are are most likely to be with those combos maxed, drone skills however are Memory/Perception - you are not likely to be in that attribute state. Injectors are perfect to get that skill category and not have to train it with sub par attribute selection.
Other such skills include social, command, and trade (charisma based) - if you ever plan to get these get them with the injectors. |

well lets start with the obvious question, what do you want to do? Buying 184 injectors and not knowing what you want to do with them just seems a bit... odd?

What would I train? Dread with t2 siege and guns, drop it on a random gatecamp.
At 26 mil sp you should have an idea what you want do do (unless you got the toon from someone or also skill injected). If you don't know, try out as much as possible, see what people fly, if they enjoy it and if that ship/ playstyle seems even remotely appealing to you.

Just coming back to Eve after a long break and I don't want to keep 4 accounts running. Don't feel like dealing with the character bazaar either, so I figured I'd de-skill the toons on accounts I'm not keeping and stock pile this guy. Started him in '05 and he's in my original corp that I joined... clean killboard... fresh start. I need to learn about the changes made... and pretty much start over.

Makes some sense, but still a rather drastic action to take with no plan.
you will probably want to plug any of the smaller holes you find like maxing out the fitting and other support skills I'd save most of the injectors till you are somewhat settled and have more of a plan.

so when I came back I started a new toon, stripped the old and injected all the SP. brought me up to about 30m or so. after getting all the fitting skills to max I just sat on the remainder (about 10m ish) and very slowly went through it as I discovered holes in my skills (neut and Nos wasn't as common last time I played so I hadn't trained those originally) or using them to knock out some of the annoying pre-requisite V's that I was too impatient to wait for.
overall i'm much happier not having blown through all the SP right away and just dolling it out in small trickles. |
