I am not surprised that he chose to sub-contract the killing of your barely-fit citadel out to the pair of destroyer pilots though. You should also be aware that Interbus hold sovereignty of that system and CONCORD enforces the laws, but they have very little power as long as things play out under CONCORD's laws. So unless someone is breaking those laws, they have very little interest in protecting you or your assets.
