Is it the calm before the storm? Do they practice one constant blitzkrieg, or do they have a series of staged offensives with specific objectives? If they haven't done anything for a month what have the opposition been doing as it presumably gives them a bit of breathing space to prepare for the next big push? Well, if they wait too long their entire approach to waging this war will get nerfed in the next patch. By that I mean titans and pos spam.
