I am selling this character, he flies all gallente and caldari t2 ships except for the commands in which he is about a week away from.

He has 4 jump clones total (main and 3 others) all which have full sets of +3 implants plugged in.
Two options, you can purchase with full assets which include an eos, astarte, ishtar, arazu, falcon, domi, rokh, myrmidon, and ares all of which are fully fitted T2 and rigged as well. He also has hundreds of other t2 modules scattered all over the universe and beyond. The total estimated isk value is well over 2 billion, i will provide screenshots of the ships and we can use eve-mail to log the record of all the ships being fully fitted and rigged, this will protect your money by the devs if i am lying.
Option number one is you buy with assets:
Starting Bid: 5.5 bil
Reserve: Hidden but active
Increments: 100 mil
Buyout: 9 billion
Option number two is you buy without assets, only includes a shuttle and the clones
Starting Bid: 4 bil
Reserve: Hidden but active
Increments: 100 mil
Buyout: 7.75 billion isk
Note that if you buy with assets, you are getting 2 billion in assets!! A buyout comparison will show that you will pay an extra 750 mil buying this stuff on your own!

this is with a full set of +3's which are in all of his jump clones as stated above
Auction ends 10/13/07 at 00:00 EVE Time
EDIT: He has no kill rights on anybody and no one has any on him either, standing is -1.7

i have recieved two in-game possible offers of 6 billion, neither had confirmed the bid at the moment so high bid is still 5.5 until they are confirmed.

i am now in conversations with another person about a trade... I will allow the bids to keep going and if i reach a buyout or something i am very happy with i will allow the character to sell, but note that i may not sell the character if it does not meet my new reserve.
i will not disclose a reserve price at this time. note that the 5.5 billion offer is still the high offer, however no longer meets reserve.

i am lowering my buyout of this character for a quicker sale. my reserve will be 6 billion isk.
also, the buy with assets plan has been removed completely so the only option is to buy without any assets at all.
Finally, the character trading fell through and i am now accepting all open bids.
