As the title says, I have a Selynne's Modified Cap Recharger for sale - 24%.
Location is in high-sec, not in a pocket of high-sec and it can also be delivered - provided I am given some time to make preparations.

*sigh, one would not expect this question from a 2004 old PVP char. :(
First of all it's 8% extra. Second, that 8% may allow you to keep your tank online, give you extra recharge so you can sustain some nos on your MS/Titan. If you think in terms of BS or Carrier/Dread then you are thinking in wrong terms. This is either for those that want to "pimp" their ships or for those that have a MS/Titan.

"The Ultimate titan & MS" no longer needs cap really as 1 single bubble can keep it from jumping, no matter the cap. That's why these modules were skyrocketing so insanely, not cause of the better tank, but the invincibility (can always jump out). While the module can still be used to pimp your tank, it's hardly as useful as it once was cause who's taking his Titan/MS outside the POS more than 10 meters these days?

Hmm, lectures - more or less right, from a 1d n00b corp alt with a name that either sounds of a scam, or of someone who has nothing to do with the sell orders.
Well, what would be the point of your post ?; What you say there is not even half a truth, either you are misguided, or in an attempt to achieve ... something.
Anyway, whoever thinks that the officer cap rechargers, now that the super-caps got nerfed will have a huge drop in price, is very much mistaking. They had a drop in price but drop in price can be atributed to the influx of content into the market, which means that ppl now have less isk to spend on such stuff - from the feedback i had on these and other sales ... both me and other sellers, i atribute it to this fact.
2x 28% cap rechargers in the mids, have close to the same effect as 3x T2, thus saving you a mid slot, in which you can put a sensor booster, or yet another cap recharger.
Better recharge time lets you survive nos/neut better, can make the difference between 2 and 3 CAR's online, shorter time between jumping in and out.
