First of all, paying for credits per "minute" has already been a horrible idea, as I had to pause the stream to go answer the phone... but when I came back I noticed the minutes were happily ticking away while I was gone - even tho I wasn't even watching the damn thing!
Great way to get off on the wrong foot...
Now, as I try to log in to Jalipo to top up my credits so I can continue to watch, I keep getting "Invalid username or password. Please try again." Not working... So I try "Forgot your password?", get the new one, and try that one. Several times over, now. Same problem.
So, basically, I can't watch now... because Jalipo doesn't want to let me.
Bad enough we're getting charged for this - but now to add insult to injury, it doesn't even let me sign in to PAY.
Anybody else having difficulties with Jalipo?

Yep, exact same thing is happening to me - wont allow me to top up and the help section dosent cover it

Are you sure? I paused the stream for five minutes as well. The 1000kbps stream I used says it costs 149.25 credits to watch the whole show, and I now have 51 out of my free 200 left. It certainly didn't continue charging while paused!

sign up again with a new e-mail address and you'll get another 200 credits - rinse and repeat

That's exactly what I had to do. First acct won't top up at all or recognize any passwords... wierd.

A day and a half since I reported this to jalipo support. Hope they fix it soon. At least I got a reply saying they are looking at it.

i got this also.
for now i just made a new acc, but i will run out of emails at some point., amd i have the same problem on both acc.
they betetr fix it soon or i cant see em make many money on it

I registered with Jalipo so I could get the free 200 credits to watch the first show during the week and I'm still waiting for the e-mail to arrive, I could go and make a new e-mail account just to get around this provided it works this time but to be honest I'm at a loss as to why I should. Can't see many people returning for later episodes if this is going to be a common problem.
I'll give it another couple of days and see what happens I guess.
