Pardon what may be a somewhat ignorant question; I was out of the missioning game for awhile - conducting wars and what not.
Since the emergence of the LP store, I'm not sure what's to be gained for working for Serpentis anymore... and I'm guessing all the other non-Empire agents are the same.
Intaki Space Police no longer has access to any of the Snake implants OR to the Vindicator and Vigilant.
Is this intended? Speaking as a member of an alliance that resides in Syndicate, the BPC drop rates are nowhere near improved enough to compensate for that - faction ships are going to drop out of existence.
Is this intended to be changed at some point? Just a temporary "till we get to it" balance move? I certainly hope so - otherwise the Syndicate agents are horrible compared to any Empire-based faction. The hardwire implants aren't good enough to justify the loss of everything else.
Has this happened in Blood Raider, Sansha, etc, territory as well?

Ships have crews, most pod controlled frigates do not, above that they have crews of varying sizes. Hope that helps.

Afaik this has happened for all the non-empire faction corps, it's probably a matter of 'hey this is a good idea, let's implement it right away, screw the consequences'.
I expect it to be changed with the first rev2.x patch (so not the rev2.0x hotfix we will have to endure, the first real patch for rev 2).
Endure it, gain LP, profit in the end.
All the stuff above does not necessarily reflect my corp, my alliance or even me.. Drone guide.. |

probably will be changed. CCP mostmlikely spent the bulk of the resources to setting up the LP store where the bulk of the mission runners are, Empire. Probably will see the "pirate' LP stores populated sooner, rather than later. Probably just deciding what tags are needed to buy them.
But the real question is, how long till we see Navy implants? Like Navy Modules, exaclty like their pirate counterparts.

The common rat factions (serpentis, gurista, angel, sansha, blood raider) all have pirate implants in their LP stores. They don't even require tags, just a boatload of LP and ISK. Example: Slave Omega available from True Power for 267,750,000 ISK, 267,750 LP, and a 'Noble' ZET5000 implant (available from the same LP store). Grand total: 347M ISK and 347k LP. It's just the 0.0 factions without faction mods that got screwed.
I run ISP to get tags. I'm not sure it is worth it.
