bsod is a driver error, whatever is wrong is likely either your sound drivers of video card
update drivers, if that doesnt work, upgrade hardware Real turtles tank armor. Real men fly Pink.

Deny those specific missions....and contact CCP's help dept. They'll ask for your specs on your system and all. Hopefully they'll get it figured out for ya.

Be sure to file a detailed (non-angry) bug report too, that may help solve your problem and may already be a known issue that you could fix. ------------ ULTIMATE LAG SOLUTION IBTL! IBDS/DC! IBTC! 1st in a BoB post! And other such forum tom-foolery. |

Try to update your video card drivers. Also, see if those missions have certain graphics in common with each other, for example a certain object.
Also, you spelled 'Taekwondo' wrong.

First, kill the sound if you haven't done so already. Do this by unchecking the "Audio Enabled" box in the audio tab of the escape menu. This may prevent it, but if not your next step might be to kill effects. Do this by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Shift-T and Ctrl-Alt-Shift-E.
If the above still doesn't do it, then I would try drivers. If that still doesn't solve it, then I would petition. Why there should be a breathalyzer to login to Eve:

I'd run Memtest86+ and Prime95 for a while to make sure it's not your memory. Blue screens can be caused but not limited to, bad cpu, memory, hdd, drivers, overheating, loose component.
Make sure you uncheck in your advanced options to auto restart. This will let you see the error and the offending module. Write it down and then do some research and post in here as a reply.
I'd also make sure that the system is clean - might want to run and post a hijack this scan. Poorly written malware can also invoke driver BSOD's. But I'd write down and research the BSOD first.

I had this exact same problem, turned out to be a sound error. Quickest way of telling if it is that or not, do ctrl+alt+shift+F12 and mute all sounds in Eve and run those missions, if it works fine then you need a new sound card or something.
My particular problem was a USB headset I was using it did not like, once i'd changed to a normal headset the sound issues no longer caused me to bsod. Hope that helps a little.

I have this problem, you have to do the missions with the sound off. My bsod says nv4-disp.dll which is an nvidia video driver, but dont ask me why but turning off the sound fixes it.
In fact, every indication is that it looks like a video problem. Yellow polygons and whatnot. _______________________________________________ RuntimeError: ChainEvent is blocking by design, but you're block trapped. You have'll have to find some alternative means to do Your Thing, dude. |

You think you have problems? I have a realtek soundcard.
CCP refuses to support them and there are known issues about them. I BSOD whenever a target locks onto me with sound enabled.
Not being able to use sound in eve makes it hard to pay for eve voice. It's amazing how hard it is to give CCP money sometimes. ------ I am in blood! Stepp'd in so far that, should I wade no more, it would be as tedious as going over. -MacBeth |
