An epic struggle.. much wailing and gnashing of teeth. I could have had them too, if only they hadn't activated any of their modules on me.
I have to hand it to them; their tactic of blasting the living daylights out of me and laughing as I exploded in a puff of spacedust worked perfectly. At least I learned that a frig fleet isn't much good when I am the only one in it.
I'll be back for some of that sweet revenge pie, so you better watch your backs!

Thrusady 26th July
At 20.02 EvE time Kirah Ovai Demanded the total and utter surrender of our corporation whilst flying through Zinkon.
Within moments I found myself locked and engaged by what seemed a fly of some type, as the damage rained down upon my Vulture (2007.07.26 20:01:51 Combat Kirah Ovai [NBALT](Rifter) places an excellent hit on you, inflicting 11.2 damage.), my corpmate Khanid came to the rescue and destroyed the beast.
At this time I would like to issue a statement;
We at VLINC understand of your Altish ways but this does not mean you can skimp and sc*****when it comes to fittings, SP you may lack, but if you cannot fit decent equipment, I mean, bog standard tech one gear ... anyone would think you're poor!!!
VLINC would like to open the "Help the crap fittings fund" (HCFF for short) in aid of these poor creatures.

July 27 ~ 02:23 Battle Report
After flying an epic 30 jumps, I finally found my quarry. No less than five Valiant targets huddled in their station at Zinkon.
Every now and then, one of them would poke their head out like a prarie dog sniffing for danger. Each time, they were out of range of my mighty 125mm Scout Cannons. Even though my range was a mighty 10,000m, they were just too far away. I kept warping out, hoping to come back in at an appropriate range.
Weary from over 300 seconds of flying, I found a harpy about 43km away from the station, and jammed on my afterburners. The 1MN burner quickly put my destroyer into a tight 0.02g turn, aiming directly for the harpy. Mutual locking ensued, as my shaky hands mashed every key on my ship's control panel. I think I even turned on a salvager, but I'm not sure.
Tense seconds passed, and then, there it was! A tiny shard of red on his shield indicator. But suddenly, all his buddies appeared. He must have called for reinforcements! Well, either that or they got kicked out of the station restaurant for leaving crappy tips. Needless to say, they ganged up against me.
I must say, my cormorant held up well (perhaps for a full 20-30 seconds!), but against four ships fully fitted with guns AND drones, I lost shield, armour, and hull quickly. I was then left with my pod.
Noticing there was a sharp corner on my pod, I tried using it to ram one of their ships, hoping to inflict a grievous wound. But fate did not fall on my side. My connection to the outside world froze, and I lost connection. Sure enough, I awoke as a clone, ready to try again. I can only imagine what damage I could have inflicted, had I been able to continue!
I'd like to acknowlege the brave Valiant pilots, who stood their ground, regardless of the outcome! This will surely be a difficult and epic battle.
More news after I fit Hiccup III with extra tinfoil, to try again.

He's right. I heard "wartarget outside station" and my ears perked like a dogs. Undocked...meh...a cormy...mwd over and bled him dry with my Pilgrim's nos and my drones pop him as somebody else comes out of warp in a hyperion (eh..LOL), and I notice some other corpmate being equally useless in some other funny ship (not the harpy). Brave but foolish...but to encourage your happiness I'll gladly put a 5mil bounty on the first of you to kill a vlinc pilot. They won't be able to handle the ridicule! =)

I am hear-by requesting the total and complete surrender of the Altcenaries corp. After several days of auto-piloting through well populated systems such as Jita, Amarr, and even where the few battles have taken place, Zinkon, I have found 0 targets. I must only assume that my amazing skill and combat wisdom have scared you into hiding. So I offer this as an honorable surrender so you don't have to spend anymore time cowering in dark corners. You have 24h to respond.

I think I'm the only station jockey left in Jita. Everyone else is gone to Amarr space :-(
If you like though I scan sneak out of the station and scan your cargo.
On another note, I'd like to announce that Altcenaries has scored its first kill. One of your pilots was so eager to blast alts he undocked without tank or ammo and our operatives managed to take him down before he could dock. (It may be more likely that he didn't see us in system.)
This was very inconsiderate, as now I have to figure out how to set up a killboard.

If the mods snip that (not sure of the details of posting KB-related links/info), we'll be using eve-kill.net, as it is free and we are impoverished alts.
It's not up to date atm as I just made this decision a little while ago, but it should become current over the next couple days.

The killboard you're posting on has an automatic feed that I will "fetch" from for the duration of the war. This kind of discrepency will not happen again. |

Oh, I wasn't complaining about the discrepency. If it wasn't posted before, the pilot in question probably hadn't gotten around to it yet.
