How do I update the Singularity 35183 to the latest SiSi build? I do not seem to find the latest test patch. Could someone point me in the right direction.

Great link, solved my problem too.
Now, what I'd like to know is why the hell one has to dig through the forums or the patch archives to find it...

How and where did you find that. I got: There was an unexpected error while retrieving patch status:
A patch file for your build number is not available. You will have to patch manually.
Do you want to go to support page?
Wjen I go there my latest build is not recognised
..This happens a lot. |

Just want to thank the person that gave that link for the patch.
Just a question have you considered joining the bug finders or one of the many other EVE voluntary programs to help people in a bigger way?

Because this build is broken and they don't want us to install it. ------- http://www.stillbruch.ch |

this indeed happens a lot.. but highly unlikely because they dont want us to use a broken build (rotfl at that, good one ;) ).. i'd say its just plain human (aka web-admin) failure sometimes ;)
anyway, whenever i cant get the missing patch automatically i do 3 things:
1. copy the url-link to the latest patch to your clipboard. then, enter the link in your browser manually while replacing the first build number with the one your client shows. if it was just forgotten on the patch site the download will start once you submit that modified url.
2. if that fails, see if there was a major change in build numbers. sometimes its not only the last 5 digits you have to change.
3. if that fails as well, i simply refresh my test installation with the current tq build and try to doanload the official test patch or start over with the first method.
the only times this simple method didnt work were when ccp tried some really weird patches or did something really odd to sisi which then usually meant that no one else was able to connect to it either, so it wasnt really a loss ;)
hope that helped...
