sensor damp reduces sensor range by 58% *3 = 0.19
say BS has targeting range of about 90
90*0.19 = 17
so orbit at 18 nos scram and drones killl
wipe out cap in a min or so
pray they dont have sensor booster

Ummm, with the nos change coming in, either fit a dual repper tank, or fit some neuts, or some other way to kill your cap in a hurry. This is because with the nos change you can now longer drain the opponents cap to a percentage below your own. So now to nos someone, you nos them till your cap is equal, then either neut them, or run a couple of cycles on a booster or armor repper so your cap is below theirs and you can continue taking cap from them.

Large Armor Repairer II
2x Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Damage Control II
2x Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I or Magstab II depending on if you're going for HP or damage
Rigs : Ancillary Current Router I \ 2x Trimark Armor Pump I or 2x Nano Pump I depending on if you're going for HP or damage
5x Ogre II
Works rather well. Is resistant to tracking disruptors and jamming cause of the drones, more than a Mega is anyhow. Not as good at losec gates though.

Yeah, the days of uber nos are over, you should put on a couple T2 armor reppers and run them constantly, then your cap will drop and you can drain much more effectively. The Ogre II's are still a great choice for heavies, and throw a Drone nav computer.

i have 37 accounts and if they change nos they'll all quit!
and have 127 friends with 3 accounts each who will all quit in protest!
