I do hope this is just another trollthread. It's called Taranis. Heat Sink's are for lasers. Running blasters will give you a hard time staying out of web range. Ship got no tank what so ever(not even speed).

You saying Heat Sinks only give bonus to lasers? Funny they dont mention only lasers. looks like it gives bonus to rate of fire and damage multiplier to all gunnery

So what would your setup be?
Pretty easy to knock a setup but neither of you have offered anything better.

Dissipates energy weapon damage efficiently, thus allowing them to be fired more rapidly. Penalty: Using more than one type of this module or similar modules that affect the same attribute on the ship will be penalized.

They key words there are ENERGY WEAPONS. The only guns in the game that require ENERGY WEAPON skills are lasers. You can prove this by right clicking ur blaster, look at damage modifier and rate of fire when its fitted to your ship. Then, turn off the heat sink and look again, stats will NOT change.

Heat Sinks Systems - designed to improve laser weapon efficiency.
Magnetic Field Stabilizers Systems - designed to improve hybrid weapon efficiency.
Thats after looking at the item database from THIS site.

@Azerrad
What happens though if you trip and fall over? Those stubby arms will make it so tough to get back up.

Sim - Check the Ships setups index sticky at the top of the threads. Some excellent Taranis setups there.
