Its a joke most likely. a Tier 2 BS having the same amoutn of slots as a Tier 1 doesn't make sense, and for god sakes its got a mining drone bonus. All I get from these 2 new entries is that CCP are looking at these ships, and they wanna see how nosey the community is.

You just need to sacrifice a lot of stuff for it and know the ship well, which is not always the case with FOTM aka Vagabond. :) Caldari are the plague of EVE, little whiners that must be cleansed from TQ.
