I am on my second mission level 1, in a bantam with rail guns and a drone. The mission is to kill about 15 drones. They seam to eat my shield and armour before i can kill them. What is the best way to kill them and what guns should i use. Ps what is webbing and how can that help kill a drone.

You need to avoid getting them all aggressing you simultaneously.
There are varoius techniques for this:
1. Control your own drones - don't let them wander off - you do this by selecting a target and then right clicking the drone (or group of drones) and selecting "engage target" 2. you'll probably find the rogure drones are in groups - pick them off one group at a time. 3. Get a drone to attack you and fly fast AWAY from the group......this will spread them out and you can pick off the closest one or two. Use an Afterburner, or possibly a MWD if you're not in deadspace. 4. Kill them one at a time - a two half dead drones do two full drones worth of damage, while one dead and one live can only do one drones worth of damage.
Webbing is using a stasis webifier to reduce the drone's speed. It's a mid slot item. If it's slower, then you get more hits and kill it quicker. Your drone can also catch it quicker. You have to target the enemy and use the stasis webifier (or webber) on it.

Biggest problem is that you're in a Bantam. That's a mining frigate, so you're going to find it very lacking in the combat department.
Get yourself a Kestrel, fit some missile launchers, and pick them off from a distance. Also, fit a EM Resistance Amplifier, since Rogue Drones do EM damage, which shields are natually very weak against.

You definitely need a combat frigate. Merlin or Kestrel, even a griffin or condor. You need a booster, AB's, and the missiles favored by caldari will let you attack from afar. If you must use rails, then go ahead and use them, but definitely, get away from the bantam as soon as possible, as it has no strengths or combat bonuses. The drone isn't going to help all that much unless you train Drones V and start training Drone Interfacing, which gives +20% damage to drones. Besides, you're a Caldari right? Gallente's the way to go for drones, if you wanna do that.

After character creation anyone can use any tech they have the skills to use therefore it is not true that you need to be Gallente. It will take some skill training to get to the same level that a Gallente character starts with but it's doable.

To wit: The biggest drone bay on Caldari Frigates is 5 m3. On Gallente? 15 m3. Cruisers? Caldari = 20 m3 on the Osprey (Again, not a combat ship), Gallente = 75m3 on the Vexor (A combat ship)
He's not asking for technicalities, he wants to know the best way to get through the missions.
Besides, Gallente get bonuses to drones, Caldari do not. Gallente start off with Drones IV/V, Caldari do not.
To guide him in the right direction, this early in the game, he might as well start all over as gallente if he wants to use drones. Otherwise, he should stay with the Caldari strengths, shields and missiles. Best for missions, anyways, which is what he's asking about. I didn't train Drones V until I had a drake, the first ship that can carry five light drones.

He's in a Bantum which is a gallente ship. He wants to Kill drones not use them. Get a bigger frig.(I really like the tristan) and shoot one then fly away as has been discribed. Should work most times for ya.
