We can pod a pirate of -0.5 in Empire space without repurcusion but I bet nobody does. The question is, why?
These people have no sympathy in their own space and therefore why do we let them in ours?
I am just curious as to why the good stay good when someone 'evil' invades their space . They have no place in empire space and given half a chance they would pop us industrialists, should it not be all out war when we are given them on a platter?

It's not that carebears are not allowed to pod pirates, it's that they're incapable of doing so because they're **INCOMPETENT**. That is all. Carry on.

No you caanot pod a person with -0.5 security rating in high sec. Concord would destroy your ship for trying. You can pod a person with -5.0 or lower security rating without concord responce

If I wanted to pod people I would, or would at least fit for it and put forth the effort. But I have no such desire, and my ship fits are for other things entirely. I shouldn't speak for others, but "we" probably don't do it, because "we" are not "them".
If I wanted pew pew, I would seek it outside highsec.

Actually, if you don't pod a pirate in high sec, they'll probably face a much longer trip back to their home station armed only with whatever they can buy nearby.
If you pod them, they're back home in a jiffy.

Laugh it up gankers, one day you'll wake up with WOW PvP rules.
You should be brainstorming with the Carebears on how to actually make the bounty system work. If not, I will guarantee you, one day after downloading a patch, you will find instances, invulnerabilities, and Concord that can travel faster then a town guard in Trammel UO.

QQ?
It's already on the dev list to implement success conditions for contracts. Then you could create a contract with a condition:podkill and send it to a trusted friend / corp / alliance.
Also, the devs are not going to turn EvE into a casual-friendly, no risk, zero sum game like WoW. The games been around for years - you think one extra whine thrown on top will break the camel's back?

Everytime I've run across a pirate I could pod in high-sec I've either been in a non-combat-fitted ship or they've been escorted by a large gang of less-low-sec corpmates.
So podding has either been impossible or suicide.

I've been podded once in Rens due to lag when undocking into a large crowd of ships... highsec dwellers can be just as malevolent.
Since then I haven't got any problem , though I'm crossing highsec frequently. I still get a little worried when undocking at times , but I rarely ever meet ships that have half a chance of locking my shuttle.

mostly because it is impossible to pod them in high sec.. just catching them is impossible if concord can't do it, you surely cannot either

I don't pod someone just because they're a pirate (or just because I can). Unless I have a reason to stop them, I'll let them go on their way.
