Convo in game, EVE mail in game, or reply to thread with the name of the character whom the GTC is to be sent to (Also the character who is to pay for it). Contact options are listed in order of fastest likelihood of fruition for a completed exchange.

I just happen to find it irritating that people give her a hard time for no reason. Secondly, while I admire your ability to use the search function, it's kind of a no-brainer conclusion. Profit in the market does indeed tend to swell upon resale. Here is CCP's stated policy: "Please Note: You must purchase an EVE Game Time Code through one of the normal outlets in order to sell the Time Code" Is Amber one of the approved "normal outlets" then? She doesn't use secure trades according to her posts because she wants to resell the codes after she buys them. She advertizes buying 30 d GTC at 170 million ISK and she sells for 225 Million. I thought one point of secure GTC trades was to stop resale like this. Maybe I don't understand and perhaps a CCP person can clarify if this forum is for players, not "normal outlets", buying and reselling unactivated GTC's through multiple cycles for profit, through the non-secure method?

Why don't you point out the CCP post that says it is ok to purchase and then resell GTC from non-approved sellers i.e. other players, as opposed to official ETC resellers. That Ken would be the CCP post that specifically retracts the sentence in post #1 that reads "Please Note: You must purchase an EVE Game Time Code through one of the normal outlets in order to sell the Time Code", because I must have missed that 'cos of my lack of reading comprehension. Just the CCP quote will do fine Ken, thx.

You should use the secure trade when you want to be 100% sure that you don't want to be scammed. Amber is a trusted reseller and what she does is just fine. Not selling/buying the secure way isn't something illegal. Using the unsecure methods to SCAM is illegal and will end in a BAN! Easy and simple. Since Amber doesn't do anything illegal stop trolling here thread.
