lol this seller is full of it. I made an offer of 2.2 at which time I was told he already had a 2.5 offer (the buyout) but I was welcome to beat it. Last I checked once you have the buyout its auction over proceed to transfer. A couple days later I get an evemail from him saying that he has a 2.3 offer and I was welcome to beat it. Today I get an evemail (after the auction is supposed to be over) that I should post my 2.2 offer but he can't take it as a buyout. Buyout? It's been a week, not my definition of a buyout. TBH I think his other offers were probably legitament and he was screwing them around like he did me so they, like myself, finally got tired of it.

you are welcome to your views, but as i said in the eve mail, a 2.2 Bo was not on the table, the Bo was 2.5. I had an offer who has pulled out hence the sale is up again. Current bid is 2 bill you are still welcome to offer a bid of 2.2 but not, as i have already said as a BO.

Translation - I am going to keep extending my auction until I get 2.5b.
...Why bother even having an auction? You don't have a specific end date now. You have already gone past the first end date even though you had offers well over your starting price. You don't have a stated reserve yet you obviously have a reserve. This isn't an auction, it's a WTS post disguised as one.
