Whats the largest amount of drones you can have out at one time? And what ship allows the max amount?

Well, I'm assuming you don't have a carrier... so 5 if you have Drones 5

25 drones (or fighters) on a Mothership with maximum skills.
5 drones on every other ship class.
There is also a Guardian-Vexor, a special Gallente ship with 10 drones, but no one uses them as they are very rare.

Im talking about any ship, whats the most you can have out and active period. Im not talking about what ship I have. What ship, skills and so on get you the most active drones attacking someone else?

a mothership is a carrier... a huge, 35 billion ISK carrier (then about another 12-15 billion in fittings). Put it out of your head for a long long time

They are the ships with the most useable drones you block head
All Ships 5 useable drones with max skills
Guardian Vexors 10 drones
Nyx with Advanced Drone control units 25 + lag as there will be 32 other carries on you

Ok so the most drones you can out flying about your ship is 10 for a Guardian-Vexor, 25 for mother ships, 5 for the rest just to clarify?
Of course the drones boats are able to have extra drones in their drones bays for varying damage types and in case some die.

a couple of random asides,
From what I know there where only 5 Guardian-Vexors ever made and they where a prize of some sort - they are collectors items and go for about 15bill.
A long time ago (pre RMR) Drone interfacing used to give you +1 Drone/lvl but that was changed to 20%/lvl to help reduce lag
