So, what will help bonus on range and drain if amarr recons are nerfed with nos, it is like if caldari will be nerfed for ecm or gallente for sensor dampner.... Dont see any reason why should train it. Amarr is just f....off now. We are complaning cose we do only 2 types of damages...but new ships (need to train missles)...ahhh...no comment , realy. Yea, we have now missles...wow... I can actuly put missles on amarr. We are so mix of everthing , that even I dont know what should i train and what I am anymore.
What would be next? You will nerf Abaddon for 5% damage bonus per skill level?

I don't see much problem Recons, Curse can always blend couple of neutz between nosses. But what really irks me is that Khanid MK2. FFS, a great idea? I used to be able to fly and fight in my sacrilege, now I need to pile up some freaking assault missile skill to be able to pilot it decently!
I once bought a ship that I can't fly anymore. Should I sell it with the with negative profit?
/me bunches the father of "Khanid MK2"-idea in the eye (I bet he had all the assault missile skills trained up already!)

Backstory wise Khanid ships always were supposed to be a melding of Caldari tech and Amarr tech. Khanid-II is certainly an improvement over what those ships were (except maybe the Sacrilege but jury is out on that).
As for training missiles so what? Caldari train missiles and guns too. Gallente guns and drones. Minmatar everything. So Amarr have some choice now. Not much choice but some. If you want to hug your laser boats and skip missiles fine...most Amarr ships are still that anyway.
As for the Curse again jury is out on if it is screwed or not. Some think it still can do a fine job. Not quite as stellar as it once was but then it was a bit overpowered. Although having at least one ship in the Amarr lineup that was tops in its class was nice and not like the other Recons were bad. Ah well...

The Curse was always too overpowered and now it's not an 'I win' ship. However, I still think Curse and Pilgrim are 'uber' ships which is why I'm training them now.
Nos was never intended to be offensive and any good pvper would mix nos and destabilizers even before the nos nerf.
The Khanid ships are have dps of a hug now but they do have probably best tank in the game. They were always supposed to be a mix between Caldari and Amarr technology and only now are they that.
Please, please stop whining and just adapt. Crying all over forums is not going to solve your problems. Just find a way to utilize the new updates to your advantage.
P.S. The nos nerf nerfes Curse a bit but gives a real advantage to all other Amarr ships. Since cap = life and Amarr relying the most on it having every man and his dog fitting nos was a big problem.

THe nos nerf was fine..
You can still use the curse with a few nos's and neuts..
Like it has been said, NOS where never meant to be fitted in several highslots, its just a good weapon to even out the fight (the one who is loosing the fight will be able to suck a bit cap and therefore still have a chance..)

Have you seen the prices of those ships? Unless you bought it a long, long time ago you will make a tidy profit on it. And if you did buy it a long time ago, then it had devalued already and so you have lost nothing except the use of that ship, which really wasn't that great anyway. -

You could just train up missile skills, and then fly it, and see how it goes. You will probably be surprised.
However, I do agree with you, why make the change. I mean, it's not like any Amarr pilot wanted capless weapons that can deal all damage types

IMO the NOS nerf was one of CCP's more stellar 'dumb ass' ideas, as NOS had many counters and did not make the Curse/Pil an instant 'I Win' boat. Were they effective, oh heck yes, but in the right hands so are any of the recons (try getting away from a MWD Lachesis, or do *anything* but run away with a capable Rook anywhere within 200km).
Anyway, as for the Curse now... Even better than before! 4x quality Neuts, a medium cap injector (400s), and it can rip more energy off a target than it ever could with a full rack of NOS. It can run a full cycle of 4 neuts, 1 cycle of injected 400 cap, and only 'burn' 80 cap with some decent skills. Those 4 neuts effectively wipe out 3x as much as a full cycle of NOS, rendering a HAC/BC/Command ship cap-dead in one or two cycles and a non-injected BS in a few more.
Fitting nerfed? Nope. Neuts have been adjusted, and the only change to mids is the addition of a medium injector.

Missiles over lasers for Amarr isn't really want you want to hear, I know (me being an Amarr pilot too). But on the other hand, we now have the best tanking ships in-game.
You try beat a Damnation, with missile launchers, and that new tank. Bare in mind you're using no cap to fire, you've got all your capacitor for gang modules and two reps. Nice. ---

If you bought a Sacrilege before the changes were announced and now you can't sell it for more than you paid, I really, REALLY feel sorry for you and your market skills.

What about your tanking? They nerfed amarr recons in a way of 1v1. They arent good in 1v1 anymore...

The problem is that amarr recons where never good in gangs to start with. By the time you sucked someones cap away it's long dead.
