Stealth bomber pops a guy in a belt and immediately warps to a safe spot and cloaks. Can concord find him? If not, is it legal to do this? _________________

1) Escaping concord is an exploit.
2) No, you'll get an error about police jamming your cloaking abilities even before they arrive. -----------

Bombs can't be used in highsec, and there's no CONCORD in 0.0 _

Anyone who attacks another player illegally in high sec has to lose their ship or it's considered an exploit.

It is possible to outrun CONCORD, but it's quite difficult to do, and you'd need to be in a fast frigate. But it's still an exploit so there isn't much point.

I invite you to do something causing CONCORD to show up, warp off, cloak... then try to stay cloaked.

No, I think the thing is that eventually the aggro will run out, and CONCORD will stop chasing you. I don't know if this is true or not though, I've never tried it, I've only heard about it, and I have no idea if the sources were reliable.

Is there somewhere that it's posted by CCP that it's considered an exploit to run from the police if your a GD pirate? If that's actually true then it's F'ing ********. Bad guys run from the police. Why should it be different in EVE?

And those bombers' cruise missiles?
Concord will consider you a target for 15 minutes. As long as they successfully kill you before getting bored and going back to doughnuts, you're fine. If (for whatever reason) you don't want to be killed at the scene of the crime and warp off to a planet to be killed there instead, that's perfectly allowed.

Just make a wide circle of bms around the system, you'll allways be aligned to the next. After 15 mins of succesfull warping around, you get banned by gm.

It is not legal to escape the consequences of Concord, even in a stealth bomber.

Its quite possible in a fast warping ship(NOT a stealth bomber) if you prepare beforehand with bookmarks.
You can also warp somewhere then log off mid warp then wait 15 minutes. Concord will not kill you.
Both are exploits.

No, d****it, I'm serious. EVE is touted as being a realistic game as far as allowing there to be good guys and bad guys and not penalizing players for choosing one or the other. But hearing this makes it look like that's just so much BS just like other games that make that claim and then prefer one side to the other. If a player can build a tank that will allow them to escape CONCORD then they shouldn't be penalized for getting away. That's completely stupid. That's like saying that IRL if you rob a bank and escape the police then you'll get struck by lightning. If you can rob a bank and escape the police then, d****it, you get money. It's not nice to think about, but it happens.
If this game wants to call itself realistic then instead of calling things that are allowed by normal game mechanics 'exploits' then you should just make CONCORD a little more realistic and have them place bounties on escapees or have specialized CONCORD units that will hunt down an escapee.
FFS, imagine a game where you're allowed to be a criminal but not a fugitive....

It's entirely possible but the situation that lets it happen is completely useless for trying to exploit it which is why its still able to be done.. End result? No you cannot effectively evade Concords wrath by doing something that will get you a gain or cause somebody a loss in the game.. You *will* get instapwnd in every one of those instances..

They'll probably waste your empty ship and then ignore you.
I'd laugh so damn hard if someone managed to build such a powerful ship (a metal Chuck Norris.) And managed to tank and kill CONCORD and fraps it all.
After I'd be very scared of coming into contact with the pilot. ------------

The ship would still be flagged as "yours" until someone else boarded it, so CONCORD would destroy it regardless. Try it with shuttles. Put 5-10 shuttles in a belt, then come back in a noobship, shoot someone and enjoy the momentary fireworks as all 10 simultaneously explode. ---

"but in real life the police wouldnt stop hunting you after 15 minutes"
Which is sort of what I'm on about. Rather than calling playing the game effectively an exploit just make CONCORD more realistic. An exploit is finding and using a non-intended game mechanic or bug to give an unfair advantage. Having a tank that can stand up to CONCORD is not something that's non-intended as far as game mechanics. If they want CONCORD to be sure to pop anyone who crosses them then give them 100x bonuses to resistance and damages and add a system-wide warp scram and web to criminals then code the gates to prevent jumping and stations to prevent docking during a crime countdown.
My point is that to say that you'll get banned for running from the police is mentally disabled. And it's also mentally disabled to censor the more commonly used term for 'mentally disabled'.
Maybe I'm just in a foul mood...
