just a note to the ccp staff since you are ignoring the 100's of petitions
ive spoken to a good 60-80 players now and they have all experiance the same senario since you have deployed the lastest patch there is a weird ug or somthing with crashing ..
myself and 5 mates we all in the systems of kw-o when we got into a fire fight we all disconected not at the same time though all in a 20 secs time zone .. but that wasnt the strangest part .. when we relogged into eve .. we began the warp back to where we lost connection only to dissconect on arrival .. now this happen 4 times to EACH OF US SIMULTAINUSLY 3 of the guys lost ships due to it .. no ive spoken to alot of players and like ive said previously between 60-80 players have experianced this and lost ships ..
any hows the most annoying part to the whole story is these poor players who have to sc*****together all this isk to get new ship s after they had petitioned their losses and tried to explain the bugg ..

Our reimbursement policies are very strict, and unless we are able to verify in our server side logs that the loss was the result of a bug or error within the game or server, our hands are tied with regards to providing any reimbursement.

these may be polite but they arnt bloody helpfull
why should we spend hours a week making isk to play a game that kills you and then pretty much laughs in your face when you tell them game staff about bugs
tbfh its a complete sham so ccp please sort the game out and reinburst the guys who have lost their stuff before releasing new content
just to clarifiy i havent lost a ship to this new bug but im just SICK of how ccp treats its member base thank you for reading my rant and feel free to mail me or flame away

Would agree on that one, however they cant reimburs a ship when they cant find anything wrong with this perfect game of theirs. Kinda like the more reimbursments they make the less they get paid or what ever they get for it.

They have also said prior somewhere i cant find it that serverside bugs dont show up in the logs neither do "lag" so its just a customoer support person being lazy. everyone has experienced this when ringing up customoer support. they usualy know less whats going on then u do and there being paid for it. question keep replying to the petition till u get a written response to the problem and not just an automated response. they are customer support after all.
