Actually, no. That would only apply if the only (or at least primary and majoritary) source of DC-IIs would be from BPOs. Obviously, since invention hit us, that's no longer the case. Seing how the vast majority of "costs" of invention are not related to the module production time, but rather the "ingredients" needed for invention, the overall price will not increase all that much, thus reducing the profit of the BPO owners due to the fact they can manufacture only half as much as before.
