Trev also got a well deserved firm rap to the back of his skull for trying to stick his hand in Stevie's pocket. I hope he enjoyed his time there, because I doubt he will be asked back again next year.
In my opinion, JamesW, Stevie, Angel, Verone, KIAEddz and SJ were very professional from beginning to end, and deserve to return next year. They knew their stuff, were prepared and it showed. Hats off to all of you for presenting a great tournament!
The rest of the on-air staff let their professionalism slide either because it was the last day or because of too much to drink, and I don't think they should be asked back next year. In particular, I was extremely dissapointed by the behavior of Trev (and his wayward tenticles) and Oveur who presented a much less professional appearance and sense of decorum than I would have expected for someone in his position who was there to represent CCP and EVE. I didn't expect him to be there in a suit and be all stuffy, but neither did I expect him to act like a drunken, foul-mouthed baffoon...which is exactly what he appeared to be to me.
A word of advice to CCP...next year, keep Oveur off camera and put on someone from CCP who knows how to have fun, is knowledgeable about EVE, and will not bring discredit to the image of your company.

I loved it. I thought they were all great, I don't want them to be uptight about what people will think about their behavior. OH NOES, THEYRE NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL. So what, it was entertaining. Laughing at Oveur being drunk is worth WAY more than listening to someone talk all boring and serious.

I disagree.
CCP is one of those very rare companies that actually appears human like a bunch of guys that just wanna have fun with what they make. They've proved it's ok to drink a beer and say f*** it and still be very succesful in business.
I thought the marketing guy was a bit to stiff, sort of all business and no play. Oveur was great and should take him for several drinks before puting him on camera next year and maybe we can see some nipple rubbing between them
Oh and as for trev and stevieSG -no way, i think trev has more chance of getting laid by spiraljunkie

I agree with you Frug. I don't want to see the on-air people all stiff and uptight either, but I am quite sure that the EVE TV staff want to present as high quality and professional of a show as they possibly can as well. I do however think that someone that is there in an official capacity to represent CCP as a company has a responsibility to act a little more professional than the average EVE TV personality. Just my two and 3/4 cents... 
I don't want some boring stuffed suit out there telling us how great CCP and EVE is, but imho, Oveur's was not the right guy to have out there since he obviously has issues about where to draw the line. As I said before, CCP should put someone out there who is fun, knowledgable and will not reflect negatively on CCP as a company, as I believe Oveur did. He may be a great guy, and maybe I just don't understand the dynamics of CCP as a company (or maybe I am just to friggin' old!  ), but if I was to behave like that as a rep for any of the companies I have worked for, I would be looking for a new job.
Anyway...enough thread derailing...back to talking about "WTF whats with that one guy going for the blond?" & how awesome Stevie looked in the red T-shirt

Trev was busy proving that he really should get out of his mom's basement more often and perhaps see a real live girl or two....
Most of the rest weren't too bad, but the commentary was terrible. It was like many of them either payed no attention at all or are just totally clueless.
