I tried to find something here about the fall
of the megacyte prices but i didnt find it.
(i didnt really try hard, so if u have a link....)
1 month back the average sell-price was around 3900 in empire, its down to 2850 now.
Are there known reasons for this ? Who is flodding the market ?

The ISK printing machines also known as complexes are gone. Red alliance is mining arkonor like crazy now to keep up the funding.
Also the drone regions got some arkonor roids seeded afaik.
But thats just my theory

Nothing like that. Tritanium and mex are rising. Megacyte drop is a colateral effect.

Take note of the isogen rise as well. You could obtain it at 78 isk just 2 weeks ago, and prices seem to be hitting the 110 isk mark at this point. I expect them to cap out around the 122 is point.
Based on previous market history, we can expect Nocxium to follow suit in the next 1-2 months.

Erm... ISO is still going down from what I can see... unless Jita is quite different than the regions I've checked.
Mega is falling and has been falling for quite some time now... well before the Trit rise. More in line with the mex rise. I would imagine it has to do with the added mega being mined in lowsec due to recent changes in the drone regions and due to other alliance activities.
It is dropping steadily and not all too fast, no major plummets from what I can tell. So it doesn't seem to be reacting drastically but rather due to an increase in supply or decrease in demand, or a combo of both.
The increase in Trit/Mex can't be helping Mega's price, but I don't think they are the whole story at all.

It may just be an attempt at market manipulation but I believe it is more in line with veldspar being more profitable to mine than isogen at this point (and a lot easier), meaning the supply of Isogen drops as the supply of Tritanium increases.
Just my 2c. I checked 3 different regions and none had any decent quantity above 300k units under the 110 isk price range.

Sounds like someone's profiteering where you live. The big boy (The Forge) still has ~75 million units selling at < 80 isk.

Right now the only minerals that are on an upward trend are Tritanium and Mexallon, and to a much lesser extent, Morphite. Everything else, and I mean everything, is either plummeting or slowly gliding downward. Isogen and Nocx are both getting unbelievably low, pyerite is slowly getting back to where it was a year and a half ago, and both mega and zyd and slowly slipping further and further down, with occasional spikes back up.
