Greetings EVE community:
Just thought I'd let you all know that today is Sunday. That means that at any moment now, a torrent of Jita lag threads will pop up. I've titled this thread this way, so that any potential whiners will possible stop here first, to see someone else's potential outrage at the lag in Jita.
However, that's not what this thread is about.
No, this thread is to act as a disclaimer. Before you even think of taking that emo-inducing plunge into Jita, you are to read the following:
"Greetings and well met fellow New Eden traveler! If I could have but a moment of your time, I would like to save us all a lot of time and frustration. While we, the forum-dwellers, understand and accept that it's absolutely essential that you get to Jita post-haste to get the best deal on your Miner Is, first you need to understand and accept that 800+ people also have the same idea on this fine Day of Sun. Ergo, there is going to be much lag to be had by all. This is not CCPs fault. They did not create Jita as a trade hub, that is done by us, the EVE community. We are the ones that insist on piling into a single system to do all our Market business. While I'm sure that you have just an absolutely scathingly brilliant idea on how to fix the Jita situation that no one else could have possibly thought of in the past 4 years, please do keep it to yourself, as clearly we're just not advanced enough to handle such a... fine and well thought out idea!.
Thank you for your time, and for keeping your soul-crushing number of complaints to yourself!"

I think it should be showed as a warning message when someone tries to jump into Jita.

WARNING
You are now approaching Jita, Eve capital and trade hub.
We advise you to go around this system due to excessive exotic particles being emmitted from the Order of Tinhat Titan the jumped in several years ago, and has been unleashing its particle Doomsday device (Lagiton cannon).
We advice all people to beleive this bullcrap RP reason of "why not to go to Jita".

An alliance mate of mine had the best idea. CCP should link Jita and Rens with one gate and cut them off from all the other systems.
Either that or switch the names every few weeks.

how about they just cut jita off from all other systems right now and all the *****es stuck in there can STAY in there.

I find the lag funny, it took me 30 minutes to fit a typhoon in Jita then another 40 to undock and warp away. Fun stuff.

So the mass of the Lagiton is equal to average (1/IQ points) for the solar system, leading to a massive concentration on Jita 4/4?
