Ok I have some different questions here, so let start:
Corporation & Faction
I mostly do missions for one Corporation. Is this a problem? I see a lot of post that you should do missions with many of them but is that necessary? Is it because you want different type of factions reward or are there some other reason?
I want some type of guide why I should do missions for faction/corporation, and what I benefit from it. Is it just for its cool to have many different lvl4 agent or is it really good for my game play?
Salvaging/hacking/archaeology
Do I have any use of those if I do combat missions?
Are there anything else I should knew?

Corporation & Faction
There are 4 major factions ( Amarr , Minmatar, Gallente , Caldari ) and all of these have corps. Doing missions for a corp and getting LP means you can get the corp's faction stuff.. ex : Kaalakiota is Caldari. Doing missions for them means you'll spend your LP on Caldari stuff.
It doesn't matter what faction or corp you do missions for. My advice go for command missions ( 97% kill 3% courrier ) with the faction you want items from.
Salvaging/Hacking/Archeology
Salvaging deffo but only with lvl 4 missions. Perhaps lvl 3 too if you want some extra isk (which i know you do  ).
Hacking and Archeology are way far away from missions. Don't bother with them.

Do anyone have a working loot table? or link? For the different factions
I have check around at this site but havnt found one working yet.

The closest I can think of right away is Eveinfo.com, but when it comes down to rewards and loot for a specific mission, you won`t find any accurate numbers, as the reward depends on lots of different factors (appropriate skills, agent location, your standing, agent quality and possibly more), as for loot, it varies, but you`ll learn as you go along which missions tend to give better loot, sometimes... Its all pretty much random. If you look at some of the mission runner sites, there will be tips as to which missions sometimes will drop faction loot. Apart from that its mostly guesswork imho.

It doesn't matter what corp you do missions for? Blatantly misleading if you ask me...
Then why am I doing missions for Kaalakiota to up my personal and corp Kaalakiota standing to use highest level R&D agents for more datacores?
Yes, I could get it grinding bajillions of missions for any Caldari corporation and use the faction standing to up my rep with every Caldari Corp, but this should be significantly faster, especially when you do your missions in a constellation with Kaalakiota storyline agents, unless you want to use the hyper-accelerated courier method for Caldari standing (starting in Airkio) that has its own thread in this forum.
