For Americans and other alien life-forms 
A Scouser is someone from a really cra*py city called Liverpool in England. They are known for their terrible accent, music and general criminality. No one likes them, they smell really bad and are generally regarded as the 2nd worse scum of the north west. The only people worse than scousers are people from Manchester who are truely the dregs of the world. Even hillbillies from Alabama look and sound educated compared in comparison.
So please, buy me a scouse cos I want own one as a pet and get done for animal cruelty  I wouldnt want a manc because even I wouldnt stoop that low.

Technically, "scouse" is a stew-like dish popular in Liverpool and surrounding area.
Scouse is an adjective describing the denizens of this netherworld, so unfortunately, we cannot buy you a scouse; unless its a steaming plate of whatever was cheapest at Birkenhead Market you're after.
