Please don't saddle us with another long training skill that has NO benefit other than being a requirement for another one. If cloaking 5 is going to be required, rework it somehow so training it is useful in its own right.
The skills are perfect. Since the BS is more and likely going to allow you to fit a covert ops cloak, Cloaking 5 is fine. And since its supposed to have a Jump bridge the heavy jump drive skills are fine.

The phobos (pink thorax) has been in the database a LONG! time... they've just finally made it have a use :P (same for broadsword)

just logged into SiSi and yes, the new ships are there! can not fly them though but you can access their stats through variation of the T1 ships
And BTW, T2 BS need 2x32 datacores to invent them (as guessed)

Looking at their stats I would say that they are not the finally stats but placeholders, the sensor strength on the marauders would be easier to jam then some cruisers.

Stats on the Phobos aren't too bad. It's kind of a dare: you want to fly ze heavy interdictor? You'll have to look like a giant purple-pink schlong. Still want to fly it?
I'm sure Backdoor Bandit is training for this ship already.

Fashion Summary.
Well, aside from the fact the Widow looks like either a deformed moo-cow or a zebra (I can't quite yet decide which) with that paint job and the Phobos looks like something I'd hide under my bed, out of view of my parents - these generally look like interesting developments at last.
The Sculpture, Hyena and Keres get points for style.
"Stealthy" or not, I presume the Sin will enter each and every system with a burst of whale-song?
