With the nos change, Curse and Pilgrim are harder to use effectively, harder to fit in general and generally suffering from disuse.
Change Curse bonuses "20% bonus to Energy Vampire and Energy Neutralizer transfer amount" to "10% bonus to Energy Neutralizer Capacitor Need" and "10% Energy Neutralizer Amount" so it can drain target without killing itself.
Huginn & Rapier both get Web Range bonus. Rook and Falcon both get ECM Optimal and Str bonus. Arazu and Lachesis both get Warp Scram/Dis range bonus. Pilgrim needs nos/neut range bonus to be effective and probably Neutralizer Capacity need bonus. -Rapier, Arazu, Falcon would be in serious trouble without the range bonus to their systems.

Please do research before you post. Do you know what your asking for. The curse is cap stable with 6 neuts if you use cap recharger in mids. Reducing the amount that is neutralized will only take longer to drain enemies cap. This setup should roughly drain 140 cap/s. To put this in perspective: An abaddon fitted with 8 heavy neuts and no tank and no range bonus can do about 200 cap/s. Get a gang member to track disrupt or dampen targets.

I agree, I know plenty of Curse pilots who are still right as rain. Something needs to be done to help the Pilgrim, it's just not on par with the other Force Recons anymore.

Curse will be in trouble after the damp nerf. Then, any ship that is faster than it will gib it. Right now, if you're faster than the Curse you'll still be drained to zero cap by the time you manage to lock through 3 sensor damps.

I thought it had a tracking disruptor bonus, not damps...
Oh, and I forgot to add that Curse is Win. Pilgrim... meh, not so much. Such is the story of amarr, eh?

Who cares? Tracking disruptors suck, sensor damps are I-win button. What do you think I'm going to fit?

Well that's the general idea, but it takes so long for the Pilgrim to kill a solo turretship BS that he's got a blob of buddies to help before you can take him out. That's what happened to my last Pilgrim and I haven't bought another since.
At least with a speed Curse you can still bail out if you see a bunch of other ships start warping in.

Jepp, thats the problem. TDs do unlike ECM and damp nothing at all vs tackling gear. So if you in a pilgrim attack a BS which is PvP fitted & which has friends which can get to it before its cap boosters are out you are pretty much dead.
An arazu or rapier just disengages.

If you're talking about the Falcon, it's the most useful force recon for a gang.

I don't fly a curse / pilgrim now but I did for hours yesterday on the test server.
The curse is amazing. I crushed all except a couple passive tanked setups. It was far more effective than the Rapier / Huggin when bringing down larger ships. I will be training for it soon enough.
This ship doesn't need a change. In fact, it confirmed for me that the NOS nerf was well thought out and served it's purpose.
The pilgrim...meh. Without the range bonus it's too vulnerable.
