Which would give me the best LP reward (better if it'll give more than my current agent)? And I heard Umokka has a lot of suicide gankers since it is a dead end system? Currently thinking of going for the guy in Kaimon though.

Kakukainen Kittavas would give you the same, Akujainen Hivas and Oksarkovuo Ahviala he/she/it will probably be closer as of the lower system sec. Ashin Puvenen will be lower. It's not rocket science ya know. =\

simple answer: 0.1 in sec status equals 10 points in quality.

Another question is, do true sec of a system affect it? As in 0.65xxx vs 0.74xxx? Or they are both considered 0.7 systems?

i myself use CPF in Irjunen - population in local is small compared to most places so lag is rly never an issue. The LP store there is almost identical to the Cal Navy store.
now though I use the Kaal agent in murini for various reasons, its personnel but very little courier are offered. The LP store is smaller then CPF but still very nice.
I myself am not worried about the agent qty, skills and standings in time counter act any that might be. i mainly look for quiet systems. no one there, no lag and no grievers. I stay away from all navy agents since it seems every person goes there thus causing lag or traffic jams outside of the station. also most good navy agents are in low security, which is fine when in HAC but not in a faction fitted CNR.
Good luck in your search (f.y.i. there are some very nice amarr agents, better qty then the ones you listed and in high security, and caladari/amarr friends so ...)

the qty question above - the difference is so minimal you should just consider the same about

Thanks for all the replies, I've decided to go to Kaimon.
I would probably try to avoid Amaar since shield tanks are naturally weaker against EM. Might try Minmatar someday though, since Angels are easy to tank and don't do jammings like Guristas.
