I can'tlog on singularity for now 2 full days I was wondering if I was the only one concern about this and what to do to solve the problem. I have already copy my TQ folder on my singularity folders and redownloaded the patch to see if it could resolve my problem but it wasn't the case. It seem I am unable to see the status of the server and that is why I cannot log.

on singularity now.
Disabled software firewall in windows and it worked.. Seems the new eve client is much more sensitive to firewalls.

How do you ping 87.237.38.50 (singularity's IP) cause even if I disable my windows firewall I still have status unknow and therefold can't log on.

I'm going to presume that Windows Vista has, or can have, a similar layout to Windows XP's classic setup or that it's close enough for these steps to work.
Click on the start menu button, select "Run Program" or something to that effect, type in "command.com" without the quotation marks. A DOS-like box will pop up then type in "ping" followed by the IP address you want to ping, namely the one listed for Singularity.
Personally, I've got a shortcut to the command.com program in my quicklaunch section just because it's a darn useful thing to have.

Try adding /server:87.237.38.50 to your client's shortcut's target. For example, mine looks like: D:\Games\MMORPG\EVE_3\eve.exe /end /LUA:OFF /server:87.237.38.50
If you have any spaces at all in the path (as in C:\Program Files) you'll need to wrap it up with quotation marks.

Yeah that works.
I've also noticed that running the Test client kills off the TQ client. Maybe something to do with the patch process ?

It's the patch process.
The patch process has always had a bug/feature/flaw where it will shut down any and every instance of exefile.exe (the game client) it finds running no matter if it's the one being patched or not.
It's highly irritating, very annoying, and completely pointless if you are like me and have one client for every account (that you expect to run at the same time on one machine) and a separate client for the test server.

i get the same problem and it only helps for me TO LOGG ON tq, IS to clean the settings map after every time i visit SISI.
+ I GOT THIS WEIRD PROBLEM: i recently invented this NEW bug in test client, i usualy play with 3 accounts on one computer and screen. befor this new patch it wasn't a problem to gang them all 3 and have some fun, but now it seems that fun time for me is over ,
as soon as i gang them all my computer become unstable and so slooowww that it takes like 5-10sec betwin windows swich, and clients crashes after about 5min game play, error: run time...something, thats just nasty and weird
so now to resolw this problem i tried to run the guy who is a gang leader on a separat computer....and it worked only awhile, if i run all 3 clients not in a gang mode it's runing just awesom, no matter what, but soon as i link them to gang... computer become slow and unstable, even if i run them on a separate computers, and usaly crashes the char i use as gang leader.
i did some tests, and notised that when clients not in gang mode, my computer use only 800-1100GB memory, and stable, after i gang them it slowly rises to about 4GB...+ hard drives starting spin crazy, and thats why computer crashes and became unstable, cos i dont have 4GB instaled, but only 2GB. it must be some new bug in this new client that messed up somehow memory on my PC while in a gang.
so CCP please look on this issue and fix it please, otherwise how can we use Power of Two - Special offer? if you cant run several clients on the same computer.
my PC spec: 2x 1GB memory, duel core 6850E, 2x 8800GTS-SLI, 2x raptor 74GB-raid 0.
