finally found something fun to do...killing those big rat spawns..and now they removed them...WHY?????...even if that so called event is over why not leave the spawn for ppl to play with...makes no sence at all to me...then again this is the company that gave us the new and improved ore distrubtion system arrrrrrrr

If you are talking about those Gurista spawns, go look at the market forum, you will notice a person selling in total about 40 rare 425mm railguns and various other battleship loot.
Now go look for people selling rare battleship sized projectiles and lasers, I'll give you 15 minutes then come back to this thread ok?

How many did you find? I bet it was zero. Go 20 pages back, 40 whatever, you won't find but perhaps 1 1400mm 'Scout' for sale, probably for a 100 million isk at that.
These modules were supposed to be very rare, and those spawns made this loot fairly common. Hope you enjoyed it while it lasted, it's over and done with now. =P
Must admit though, I capitalized on it. o_O

They are still around. Just look a little harder. I dont mean to be ambiguous but giving out the place will get me in hot water with my Corp and others probably.

While I do enjoy the fact all the weapons and modules I happen to want basically dropped out of the sky for me due to those spawns, overall they were silly and the amount of rare hybrids/xl boosters being farmed was just ridiculous.
I am 99% sure those spawns are now gone, I imagined CCP would remove them, I mean it was just too much loot being dropped, especially compared to insanely RARE projectile/laser battleship guns are.

Dunno. MASS has moved out of there.

Very much my opinion.
Getting just the loot that I wanted was of course nice. But it certainly created an imbalance in the game.

unlike most other games out which cater to people camping the best spawns, here in eve it looks like pirates don't like to be camped and loose all their rare mods :)

Jim I saw one last night. I warped into one 15km out (accidently) was lucky to get out with my ship. I see your corps m8's there occasionally so message me ingame and I'll tell you where it is. And tell Opticon I said hi.

well i guess when a so called carebear complains about something its called whinning but not so when all the little girl gate campers cry and moan about not being able to camp there lazy arses at gates...well so be it....dont hate the player..hate the game
