I have now scanned down 3 Deep Space Guristas (lvl3) sites.......... and they all have had 4/6 cans empty.
loot usually comes to less than 10 mil.
Depressing after the ammount of time being put in on scanning them down.
I keep telling myself next time i find a base 3 site i'm just going to leave it and move on... but i dont. I guess there's a little hope in the back of my mind.

you guys are saying that since you've run the site a number of times and haven't gotten much out of it or that 4 out of 6 cans were empty it's bugged.
My experience says it's not, i've had profitable loot from them and have had 5 out of 6 cans with loot
edit: that's not saying i haven't had a dud, but that can be said of all hacking sites
Can you accurately tell us what sites you've done? We're specifically talking about Base 3 sites. Its only the Base 3 sites which have the dismal loot and only 2 of the 6 cans contain loot.

I've done serp sansha and angel base 3's
next time i find one and run it i'll post again how many cans were empty
it's funny, you know you guys are going to run them and clear them out, even if it's just to clear it out

i did the guri base 3 several times. from my experience i usualy got better loot compared to the base 1-2.

With Gurista base 3 sites I've gotten more empty cans than anything else.
Severely bugged imo, any word from CCP on this? Sucks scanning a site down for hours and getting crap all for doing so.

Why do you say it's bugged when the post right before you said that he's gotten better loot than base 1 and 2's? that would make me think it's not bugged. Before you go and say it's bugged think about how many times you've run it

Did a 0.0 deep space gurista base 3 hacking complex last night. 4 of 6 cans were empty as usual, but last can had 4-run esoteric ship interface bpc. So I guess there's hope in the end of the tunnel. Took me about 3 hours to scan the site down.

Sounds remarkably random to me which is what exploration is supposed to be after all.
There is nothing you can do or train in the game to increase the amount of loot found, only the time taken to find it.
Its just the luck of the draw.
