Hello Community.
I am thinking of creating a fansite and I would like to get some ideas on whether the fansite would be appealing to the community. There is no ETA for the website but it is an idea out of vacuum at the moment.
Fansite idea:
 Anonymous postings.
Any post is allowed except illegal contents like ****ography.
Limited or no mods.
Illegal posts would cause IP bans.
Different channels for different aspects of the game.
So, would it be a good fansite for this community?

Ok that sounds good. Although thats just a forum based idea.
How about bits of information - Like scripts that display current player count, msg of the day... Things like that. I know its all been done before but, if I had to state a fan site that was just out of this world it would be... Ok I dont know the name of it. It was around about 2 and a half years ago. Was the best fan site eve every had, then the owner gave it to someone else and then they never carried it on.

Whilst the idea of a new fansite may have it's merits, anonymity + limited/no moderation is never going to increase post quality

Seriously though, even though its a nice idea, it would never be large enough to reach anything close to 4chan. A vital part of 4chan is the constant movement, which probably won't exist to the needed extent.

Your example of illegal content is not in fact illegal for me to post.
I think you should tighten up your rules a bit. If you don't want **** then say no ****. "illegal" is a meaningless word when talking about a global forum.

4chan is a dump, so wouldn't use that as my inspiration. Other than that, it sounds fine. Except for the anonymous postings part. People are already posting enough crap hiding behind an alias, making that even easier doesn't score well in my book.
Oh, and **** (bloody woord filter... "acts containing consenting, sweaty and naked adults") isn't illegal.

I am asking whether would the community visit and use the fansite with the suggested theme. I am not asking for hostile verbal abuses. :s

It's quite possible the eve community would visit, but with the rules as stated I think you'd be getting very low post quality.....not trying to hammer down your concept (any new eve fansite is to be welcomed ) but as it stands i don't see it panning out.
Although, I have to admit, idk how easy it is to get round an IP ban
