hi i'm quite new player here and i wanna know which one is faster when doing mission.
and i wanna know pro and con of both race. thx

That's a pretty big answer.
For level 1-3s, they can be about the same. Caldari will have a much, much easier time, and once you get into a drake you can do most level 3s in your sleep with a decent set up.
Once you get into level 4s, the caldari raven beats pretty much any other ship out there for speed.
Minmatar Pros:
Faster ships, higher damage
Minmatar cons: Very short range, eat through ammo like no tomorrow, weaker tanks
Caldari cons:
Long range, variable damage type across any range, easily cross trainable with gallente, great EW ships
Caldari cons: Slow ships, low damage, ships aren't very flexible in pvp

Caldari ships are alot better for Missions. The biggest pro for me I would say is that with realatively few skill points, missions are a doddle in comparison but they can get a bit boring. Minmatar on the other hand require more skills points but are more flexible(as they use three types of tanking and the only weapons they don't have at there disposal IIRC are hybrids and lasers, but I could be wrong  ).

Where did this come from? Dont confuse teh noobs! I've been doing missions for a long time as Matari and never EVER went shortrange with autocannons, its always artilleries for me.
The answer is Caldari are EASIER for PvE. No-worries type. Same setup for virtually anything - just get in, lock targets and fire away.
Matari can do very well too, but you will have to be versatile. Versatile as in "lots of skillpoints" - both tanks, navigation, drones, gunnery and missiles to learn. Versatile as in "setup for mission" - change your tanks for missions, adjust your gun ranges and damage type and so on. They will never beat Caldari in pure efficiency though :)
The main pro of Matari in terms of efficient missioning - its very easy to switch to caldari after you are good with matari ships :)

raven is deffo NOT the fastest mission runner when it comes to lvl 4.
a tempest whit artys or a maelstrom whit artys can do em alot faster... just takes 10x more skills to beat the raven pilot

Only against certain factions. Go up against sanshas, drones, or blood raiders and you'll take far longer than the raven will. No, ravens aren't the fastest against certain damage types, but all around they're the fastest.
