Okay, so i've been away from the game for a while (Iraq FTL), but just in the past month or so I've been seeing all sorts of posts about Huzzah this and that...just now about a MOM kill...
So I ask...when did it restart, and where are y'all now? Been a long time since I flew under that banner.... ------ Currently stationed in Iraq, 8 days left to go!

After a while, El Covah and some of his old German crew opted to rejoin them there under the banner of "L0CKDOWN" or somesuch. We are easy to find.
Set your autopilot towards Reblier, jump to 6-C. If you are not dead then you can turn your ship left (PVH-Gate) and jump into the system. Say "hello" in local. If you are still not dead until now you can find us mostly around the area or paying our best-loved-friends in PC9 a visit.

Damnable lies. Everybody knows Syndicate is 0.0 - even if it isn't very good 0.0 - so there are clearly no named systems in that region. Wall of text warning, read only if you interested in what has happened to huzzah in the last 10 months.
Yep after we got kicked out of syndicate by AE (let's say it how it was ) when we were in NoQ we went to Venal and well let's say our relationship with C0ven was not the best possible.. lot of bleeding within NoQ at one point and people went on to do their own stuff and most of the ex-gsy guys found themselves in ... GSY.... and back in Syndicate no the less.
No land claims and political claims, malevolent dictatorship just fun casual pvp. That was the name of the game. We went to Reblier and just scoped out the locals. Won some, lost some all the while camping the reb gate.. I think since ca february '07.
Initially we were quite alone, but then came TSBS(TSDS) as friends and fireM initially as enemies. Just pvp and being annoyed seeing them in local. EXM around MHC, then there was this new gang.. called BRUCE.
Damn they were N00BS initially. I remember many silly stories. Me sitting in a no gun bubbler on the gate and a tsbs sniper 200k off the gate.. gate activation and hulk + hauler appeared.. oh I was ****ed for not getting on the mails (no guns remember). Then another time gatecamp.. local rose by one(bruce). He had to have seen us in local and knew we had a camp on the reb gate.. but none the less a minute after he came to local he was on scanner with a exhumer and yeah.. in our bubble. They were so n00bs that they only way to go for them in quality was up. It took them quite a few months and millions of SP's but surely they started to rise in pvp quality and well where are they now? 10th in alliance rankings. Their tactical order is still to engage when they have atleast 3:1 odds, but they getting better and better.
Then we befriended OSS for a while. Much fun there.. (fleet battles where we didnt have much role in as OSS had the numerical superiority) but yeah then OSS decided to be wimps and nap bruce and no one could tell us they had done it ("temporary nap for a week.. no ideas what gonna happen") and well after a week we just told them where to shove it (kind of straight on their intel channel) and off we went.
Few red friends (heh yeah, you learn to respect quality reds when you fight them) joined us and abit later later FireM napped us we had much fun together killing (and loosing some) against bruce/oss. Then Omen. from D-L alliance came to Reblier and decided to stay for a while.
First as reds, but it took an OSS Moros camping the Reblier gate to make us join forces and kill it in an hour long fight. After that we were blue for a while till Omen. got bored of too many blues and set us red again.
At one point Huzzah decided to expand abit and we got few more corps to join us. Few good.. few bloody carebearish and few that really dont care who joins them as long as they join .. (spies ftl, but well, nothing we can do right)
with EXM we had a red/blue/red affair with us until we we steady for a while now being blue.
So what's up now. Bloody bruce upgraded from T1 to T2.. annoying, but we can manage. Also it seems flying together with guys for years has it's advantages (hint hint on the few MS kills my alliance and friends have had lately) as we know our limits better than the rest of the guys. We got a few more new local targets to spice of the shooting.
Syndicate is now and will be in the future a lot of small/medium scale fun. Come here for pvp and nothing else as it is a small/medium scale PVP heaven.

mmm... flamebait... *nibbles abit*
Yep, the reason why we are in the news is the reason that we like to camp a gate one jump from our home.. You are absolutely right :)
But let's face it.. we have been quite persistent there for a while. Also if 6-C was the only place to be we and everyone else in Syndicate would be long gone from there out of boredom. But I cant hide the fact that 50+% of the kills is from 6-C (according to the killboard).
It's a nice system where you know you can always find us. Just forget blobs, we dont like em, counter what we have, bait us if you like and have fun pew pew.
But badly organized blob means you spent all your time for nothing.

It hasn't been "resurrected". It has highs and lows (insofar as people do or do not notice it), but it's never collapsed to the one-alt caretaker stage. ------
