I undock in my Passive fited drake. Eos sitting outside waiting 1 of the guys hired to kill us off. He pops drones and lets lose on me after 5 minutes am done to 37% shields getting ready to dock up.

Next thing i know is this in local. FROM the Man himself.

5 minutes later he dies i get faction loot from an Eos and a faction battleship that saved my Ace by egaging him and warping in 1 carrier and 1 mothership thank u.

Allow me to make a more in-depth description. Whilst my fellow pirate here might be hyping this up a little since he had a history with this guy, from my perspective, this was just another gank that almost went very wrong for me.

I had been observing the Eos pilot for some 10 minutes, watching local with amusement as the smack went back and forth. Ori16 then undocked in his Drake and the Eos opened fire on him. Here I saw the opportunity to kill the Eos and hopefully the Drake too if it decided to fire.

Once in position, I warped in my Vindicator to engage the Eos, all was going well until I noticed a BS sized icon undocking then realised with surprise it was an Archon. Realising the sudden dire situation I was about to be in, I decloaked Freyja and warped her in to give me immediate support. Under the fire of the Eos, Sentry fire and some 12-15 Fighters from the Archon, my tank was dying quite quickly. Additional ships undocked but it seemed to be just the other local pirates coming out to watch.

Freyja arrived and locked me up to provide remote support just in time as my Vindi hit structure. With the advantage regained I managed to kill the Eos and more smack ensued, the pilot thinking I'm working with/for the pirates when all it was for me was an opportunity to gank something

A quite enjoyable experience though, it did look for a minute that I might lose my Vindi. Was scrambled, webbed and aggressed so couldn't dock, had to do something

Sadly the other pirates stole the loot from me before I had a chance to get there

I fought with and against nitereper and his people in the past, and unlike the lame station huggers that undock with passive Drakes getting ready to dock up, they never once failed to fight the way fights should be. Those guys deserve full respect, unlike the OP who is just...an idle gun.

This matches our pilots account (Nitereper) who was delighted to finally get some combat after waiting for IDLE GUNS to undock and fight. By all accounts a good fight between Angel1 and Nite - nothing to do with IDLE GUNS who basically sat and watched.

Why theyre posting here then is a bit confusing, the kill was Angel1's and credit due to him.
