Keeping in mind the energy you'd need to power the radio wave generator, I wonder what the actual efficiency of a salt water engine would be.

They already made a car that runs on salt water... it costs 20M Pounds (crazy heavy Brit money )... and while it looked pretty cool, there's probably no way in hell you could pick up a chick with it... and it's over as soon as you tell her you spent all the money you had on it
