just out of curiousity, how is the lottery page "supposed" to display your tickets?

I'm assuming you're refering to the BIG Lottery Receipt page?
In that case - You need to be ingame and use the IGB to get your tickets displayed (and you need to trust the page)

I figured it out eventually, I simply was put off by the "donation" bit you have mentioned in there, and the lack of a "number" of tickets bought
